The Reynolds Company is a custom formulator / compounder of water based, hot melt and dry adhesives and coatings. Our forte is quick turn-around and "jumping through hoops" to get the job done, something many of our larger competitors won't do and most of our smaller competitors can't do. We ship most of our products on our own Company-owned vehicles, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Holidays, if need be. We believe in giving our customers that "personal touch", from simply allowing our customers to talk to a "live" person when they call in, to coming to their rescue in emergency situations. Our employees understand the importance of our customers and so their attitude towards our customers is not one of indifference, but rather in doing whatever it takes to keep the customer happy. We are proud of the fact that our reputation in this industry is solid among suppliers, customers and competitors alike. We stress the ideals of honesty and integrity among all of our employees and we will not tolerate those who do not aspire to the same goals.

In designing our facility in Greenville, one of the things we have done is to design our capabilities around large volume. We believe that there are very few in our industry who have the size or capabilities that we offer and yet are still as flexible and easy to work with. We are set up to handle most major raw materials via bulk rail or truck so we are assured of being competitive with even our major competitors. We also utilize our own fleet of trucks to insure timely deliveries and good back hauls to keep costs low. We offer a nice line of packaging options and packages for our customers to choose from and we go out of our way to assist our customers in making their jobs as easy as possible. We typically ask for two-week lead times from most customers, but in many cases we inventory products in our warehouses and it is not uncommon for us to be asked to make emergency shipments almost weekly.
