The Reynolds Company is ISO 9001:2000 Certified for the manufacture of water-based, hot melt, and dry blended adhesives and coatings.

Our Quality Program is one of continuous improvement and our progress is monitored through periodic internal audits as well as third party audits. Additionally, we host numerous on-site audits by many of our customers and, in fact, we encourage such audits.

We perform a regimen of in-process and final product quality testing of finished goods as well as incoming raw materials. An array of information can be provided to our customers including SPC, PFMA's, PPAP's, control plans, etc., on request, and we proudly conform to Tier II automotive requirements, per QS9000.

Incoming raw materials are COA confirmed and random sampling is performed as needed. Finished goods are shipped with COA's as well as MSDS's and spec sheets are provided customers on demand. We hope to have MSDS's and Specification sheets available on our website in the near future.

All QC records are maintained per ISO requirements and production retains are kept on each batch for a minimum of six months for our water based products and one year for hot melts.

The Reynolds Company has begun its own 5 S program as a precursor to Lean Manufacturing, which we plan to kick off sometime the first quarter of 2008. We have begun to work closely with Greenville Technical College in our training and the South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership will be conducting on-site audits in January 2008.
